Skipmatch is a self-serve bulk skip tracing service run by Skipmatch LLC, a Delaware company. You upload a CSV of property owners, see the price for the whole list before you pay, and get back up to 10 phone numbers per owner, each labelled mobile, landline or VoIP, plus emails where they exist.

## What Skipmatch is

Skipmatch does one job: it finds contact details for the owners on a property list. Real estate and land investors build those lists from county records, list providers and driving for dollars; a list gives each owner's name and mailing address but rarely a working phone number. You upload the list, point your columns at the right fields, see one price for the whole file, pay by card or prepaid credit, and download the same file with phones and emails added.

It is self-serve. There is no subscription; each list order is priced and paid for on its own, and one-owner lookups are available as single searches paid from prepaid credit. The steps are on how it works, and where the contact data comes from is on the data sources page.

## How prices are set

One price per matched record, and every record in the order is priced at that one rate. The quote is shown before you pay, and a hold for that amount is placed on your card at checkout; it is the most the list can cost. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches. The price is under 5 cents a record on every list.

| Records in the list | Price per record | Quote for the smallest list |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Any list size | $0.03 | $1.50 for 50 |

## How we compare other services

Skipmatch publishes side-by-side pages on other skip tracing services. We sell a competing service, so read them as a competitor's comparison. Skipmatch is one of the services compared. The rules those pages follow:

- Every figure about another service comes from that service's own published pages, usually its pricing page, linked next to the figure with the date we checked it.
- We compare prices, billing terms (per record, per hit, credits, plans and minimums) and what each plan includes. We do not state any service's hit rate, match rate or data quality.
- Our own figures are the prices on the pricing page, and worked costs are calculated from those prices when the page is built, not typed in by hand.
- Where another service publishes a lower price, the page says so.
- Other services are named only to compare them. We do not use their logos or review them.

Prices change. If a figure no longer matches the linked page, email support@skipmatch.com and we will correct it. Every comparison is listed on the compare page.

## Questions

Q: Who owns Skipmatch?
A: Skipmatch is owned and run by Skipmatch LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Skipmatch LLC is the business named in the terms of service and the privacy policy, and the one you deal with when you create an account or place an order at skipmatch.com.

Q: Where is Skipmatch based?
A: Skipmatch LLC is organized in Delaware, and its terms of service are governed by Delaware law. Skipmatch is an online service for customers in the United States: you create an account, upload a list and download the result at skipmatch.com, and support is by email at support@skipmatch.com.

Q: Is Skipmatch a consumer reporting agency or a people-search site?
A: No to both. Skipmatch is not a consumer reporting agency, and its results are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, so they may not be used for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenant screening. It is not a people-search site either: it sells no lists of people and takes no single-name lookups. It appends phone numbers and emails only to lists its business customers upload, for lawful business outreach. This is general information, not legal advice; the permissible-use terms set out what the data may and may not be used for.

Q: How do I contact Skipmatch?
A: By email, at support@skipmatch.com. There is no sales call to book: orders of 50 to 100,000 records are priced, paid for and downloaded online at skipmatch.com. Write to that address about an order you have placed, a charge on your card or your own data.
