## The short answer

Both are pay-as-you-go with no monthly plan. They count different things: REISkip charges for each record that matches, and Skipmatch charges one per-record price for every record in the list. Which costs less depends on how many of the list's records match.

| Service | Published price | Billed on | Subscription | Unmatched records | Minimum | Source |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Skipmatch | $0.03 (any list size) | Per matched record | No | Never charged: released from the checkout hold | 50 records | This site |
| REISkip | $0.15 per match on its Bulk and Volume plans, marked as introductory pricing. Custom plans on request. | Per match | None listed | Billed per match | 50 matches (Bulk plan); 1,001 matches (Volume plan) | reiskip.com/pricing |

## Price at 500, 5,000 and 25,000 records

Skipmatch's figure is the most the list can cost: the amount held on your card at checkout. REISkip's figure is $0.15 times the records that match, so the table shows its cost if every record matched and the match count below which it comes to less than Skipmatch.

| Records | Skipmatch per record | Skipmatch, at most | REISkip if every record matches | REISkip costs less at |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 500 | $0.03 | $15.00 | $75.00 | 99 matches or fewer |
| 5,000 | $0.03 | $150.00 | $750.00 | 999 matches or fewer |
| 25,000 | $0.03 | $750.00 | $3,750.00 | 4,999 matches or fewer |

## What each one bills for

- REISkip: $0.15 per match on its Bulk plan (minimum 50 matches) and its Volume plan (minimum 1,001 matches). Its pricing page marks both as introductory pricing and offers custom plans on request (reiskip.com/pricing).
- Skipmatch: per matched record, at one price for every list. A hold for the quoted amount is placed on your card at checkout; it is the most the list can cost. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches.

## What comes back in the file

- REISkip: its pricing page lists phone numbers, email addresses and property data on every plan. It does not state phone line types there.
- Skipmatch: your own columns unchanged, then up to 10 phones per owner, each labelled mobile, landline or VoIP, and emails where they exist. See the sample result file.

## Subscriptions, credits and minimums

Neither lists a subscription. REISkip's minimums are counted in matches (50 on Bulk, 1,001 on Volume). Skipmatch's minimum is counted in records: an order is 50 to 100,000 records, paid by card or prepaid credit per order.

## When REISkip is the better fit

- When you expect only a small share of a list to match: REISkip's published price is per match, so its total follows the match count.
- When you want property data alongside the contacts, which its pricing page includes on every plan.
- When your volume calls for a custom plan, which REISkip offers on request.
