Who this is for
This page is for roofing contractors, roofing sales reps and storm-restoration crews who already have homes picked out and need a way to reach the people who own them. If the list has names and addresses but no working phone numbers, that is the gap skip tracing fills.
The lists roofing contractors bring
- Storm and hail-area homeowner lists. After a hail or wind event, you pull the homes in the affected area. The list has owner names and property addresses; skip tracing adds the phones and emails you need to follow up.
- Parcel lists by neighborhood or roof age. County parcel exports filtered to older homes or a subdivision you work. Upload the owner name and address columns and get contacts back for the same rows.
- Past estimates and lapsed leads. Old quote lists where the phone number went bad. Re-run the name and address to find a current number.
How it works
- Export your list as a CSV. One row per person, with an owner name and a complete address (street, city, state and ZIP). 50 to 100,000 rows per order. Your column names can be anything; you point each one at the right field during upload.
- Upload it and see the price. The total is shown before you pay. Skipmatch charges $0.03 a record, and you pay only for records that come back with a phone or email. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches.
- Download your list with contacts added. You get your own file back with up to 10 phones per person (each labeled mobile, landline or VoIP), up to three emails, and a HIT or MISS flag on every row.
See the columns in a real result on the sample file, or work out a total on the cost calculator.
Before you call
Check the do-not-call rules before you call or text anyone on the list. Numbers in the file are not consent to contact a person, and Skipmatch does not scrub them against do-not-call lists, so that check is yours. This is general information, not legal advice.
