Two files: a ten-row owner list going in, and the same ten rows coming back. The records are invented (no real owner, parcel, phone number or email), but the layout is exactly the one your result file uses: your own columns first, then up to 10 phones with their line types, emails, a match flag and a record status.

Every column in the result file
- Your columns (12 in the sample): unchanged, in their original order.
- Phone1 to Phone10: up to 10 numbers per owner.
- Phone1Type to Phone10Type: the line type of each number: mobile, landline or VoIP.
- Email1 to Email3: emails where the record has them. None are guessed.
- HitFlag: HIT when the row came back with at least one phone or email, MISS when it did not. Misses are never charged.
- Record status: New, Updated or Previously purchased. Previously purchased rows are records you ran with us before that came back with nothing new; they are not charged either.
Questions
Are the sample rows real people?
No. Every name, street, parcel number, phone number and email in the sample files is invented. The column layout is the real one: it is the format your result file comes back in.
Do my own columns come back?
Yes. Every column you upload comes back unchanged and in its original order, with the phone, line type and email columns added after them.
What counts as a match?
A record that comes back with at least one phone number or email. A record with only an email still counts as a match. A record with no phone and no email is a miss. Misses are never charged.
