The rules for calling and texting
Contacting the owners on your list is regulated, and the numbers we return are not consent to contact anyone. Read our permissible-use page before your first order; you accept it once. For the rules themselves, start with the regulators' own guides:
- FTC: Complying with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (opens in a new tab) (including the National Do Not Call Registry)
- FCC: Telemarketing and robocalls (opens in a new tab) (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
