How Skipmatch works: upload, confirm, download

Upload the CSV of property owners you already have, confirm which columns hold the name and address, and see the fixed price for the whole list. Pay by card, then download the same file with up to 10 phone numbers per owner, each with its line type, plus any emails found.

Three steps, and the price is fixed before the third

  1. Step 1

Upload the list you already have

Drop in the CSV your list tool exported. Nothing needs renaming, reordering or cleaning first — we read your header row as it is.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm the column mapping

We propose which of your columns are the owner name and the address blocks. Change anything that looks wrong, see the first rows exactly as we read them, then approve.

  3. Step 3

Pay, then download the enriched file

The price is fixed before you pay. Your original columns come back untouched with phone numbers, line types and emails appended — and you are charged only for matches: the rest of the hold on your card is released, automatically.

What your list needs

A .csv with a header row, 50 to 100,000 rows and up to 50 MB. Column names do not need to match ours: the mapping step reads your headers, proposes a match and shows the first rows as we read them before anything is priced.

Owner name
First and last name in two columns, or one full-name column that we split.
One complete address
Street, city, state and ZIP for the property address, the mailing address, or both.
Anything else
APN, acreage, equity, notes. It is not used for matching and comes back untouched.

What comes back

  • Every column you uploaded, unchanged and in its original order.
  • Up to 10 phone numbers per owner, each labelled mobile, landline or VoIP.
  • Email addresses where the record has them. None are guessed.
  • A matched or not-matched flag on every row, and the match count for the list on your order page.
  • A record status on every row: New, Updated or Previously purchased, so re-run records are easy to spot.

Records with no phone and no email are never charged, and neither are records you have run with us before that come back with nothing new: we charge only for matches and the rest of the checkout hold is released. See pricing.

Questions

Which columns does my list need?

An owner name and an address: street, city, state and ZIP. That can be the property address, the mailing address or both. Your column names do not need to match ours; you point each one at the right field during upload.

What file format do you need?

A .csv with a header row, up to 50 MB and 100,000 rows. Exports from the usual list tools work as-is — the column mapping step reads your headers and proposes the match, and you confirm or change it before anything is priced. Excel exports saved as CSV are fine, including the Windows-1252 ones.

When do I see the price?

After the column mapping and before payment. The quote shows the row count, the per-record price and the total. Nothing is placed on your card until you approve it.

What happens to records that do not match?

We place a hold for the quoted amount and charge only for matches when your file is delivered; the rest of the hold is released. A record that comes back with no phone number and no email is never charged. Your order page shows the hold, the final charge and the amount released, so the arithmetic is checkable rather than promised.

Price your list before you pay for it.
