Where the data comes from
Our agentic skip tracing rotates between three core providers, idiCORE, Enformion and Delvepoint, weighing all three for the best match on each record based on proprietary factors like location, property type and intent scoring. What comes back is contact data for lawful business outreach. It is not a consumer report, and it comes with rules on how it may be used.

What that means for your file
Each record in your list is looked up individually and routed to the provider most likely to return the best match for it. The phones, line types and emails that come back are appended to your own columns. Records that come back with no phone and no email are never charged.
Match rates vary by list. We do not publish an average, and we do not claim a refresh schedule for the underlying data.
What it is not
Results are not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They must not be used to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, employment, housing (including tenant screening) or insurance. Every account accepts a permissible-use acknowledgement before its first order.
The data is not scrubbed against do-not-call or litigator lists. If you call or text, compliance with the TCPA, the do-not-call registries and state law is yours.
Provider names and marks belong to their owners and are shown to identify where the data comes from. See the terms for how results may be used.
