Short answer

If you want to keep paying per match, Bulk Skip Trace publishes $0.14 to $0.08 per match by volume and SkipMatrix $0.14 to $0.06 per match, by tier. DataSkip publishes $0.04 per hit, and Tracerfy $0.02 per credit with 1 credit per hit on a normal trace. Skipmatch is the per-record option: $0.03 a record at any list size. Each competitor rate is from the company's own page as of Sept 2026 (reiskip.com/pricing (opens in a new tab), bulkskiptrace.com/pricing (opens in a new tab), SkipMatrix help center: how does the pricing work (opens in a new tab), dataskip.io/pricing (opens in a new tab), tracerfy.com/pricing (opens in a new tab)), and each is linked again with its check date in the table below.

The unit matters as much as the rate. REISkip and the other per-match services bill on matches or hits, so their total falls when records miss. Skipmatch prices per matched record: its quote is set by the row count, not the match count, so on a list where many records miss, a per-match price can come to less. On a 5,000-record list, REISkip costs less than Skipmatch's $150.00 if 999 or fewer records match.

What REISkip publishes

As published on reiskip.com/pricing (opens in a new tab), checked :

  • $0.15 per match on its Bulk and Volume plans. The page marks this as introductory pricing, so it may change.
  • A minimum of 50 matches on the Bulk plan and 1,001 matches on the Volume plan. At $0.15, the Bulk minimum comes to $7.50.
  • Custom plans on request.
  • No subscription is listed.

Our Skipmatch vs REISkip page sets the two side by side in more detail.

Per match vs per record: the unit matters

A per-match price is multiplied by the records that match. A per-record price is multiplied by every row you upload. So the same list can cost less on either one, depending on how many of its records match, and nobody knows that count until the list has been traced. Compare the rate, the unit and the minimum together.

  • Per match or per hit: REISkip, Bulk Skip Trace and SkipMatrix say "match", DataSkip says "hit", and Tracerfy counts credits per hit. The total follows the match count.
  • Per record: Skipmatch charges one price for every row. The quote is shown before you pay, and the hold placed on your card at checkout is the most the list can cost. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches.
  • Minimums count different things: REISkip's are counted in matches (50 on Bulk, 1,001 on Volume); Skipmatch's order is 50 to 100,000 records.

Where REISkip's per-match total stays under Skipmatch's quote, at each worked size:

  • 500 records: Skipmatch quotes $15.00 ($0.03 a record). REISkip costs less at 99 matches or fewer, and more above that.
  • 5,000 records: Skipmatch quotes $150.00 ($0.03 a record). REISkip costs less at 999 matches or fewer, and more above that.
  • 25,000 records: Skipmatch quotes $750.00 ($0.03 a record). REISkip costs less at 4,999 matches or fewer, and more above that.

Cost at 500 / 5,000 / 25,000 records

Skipmatch's row is its quote, the most the list can cost. The per-match and per-hit rows show each service's total if every record matched, at its published rate; fewer matches cost less. No company's match rate is assumed.

Bulk Skip Trace's price table prints credit ranges that share their edges (1-5,000, 5,000-10,000, 10,000-100,000, 100,000+); its pricing FAQ gives a whole order one rate by its record count ($0.14 a match for orders of 1–4,999 records, $0.12 for 5,000–9,999, $0.10 for 10,000–100,000 and $0.08 above 100,000), and that is the rate used here. Where a service does not print the volume at which its lower rate starts, the cell shows both rates. Tracerfy is shown at its pay-as-you-go credit price for a normal trace; its monthly plans price credits lower. Minimums, memberships and first-deposit offers are left out.

The alternatives

Five services with no subscription required, each quoted from its own page as of Sept 2026. Skipmatch is one of the services compared.

Skipmatch

One price per matched record: $0.03 a record at any list size. Orders of 50 to 100,000 records, paid by card or prepaid credit per order, with no subscription. Each record returns up to 10 phones, each labelled mobile, landline or VoIP, plus emails where they exist. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches. Unlike REISkip, the unit is the record, not the match.

Bulk Skip Trace

Per match from a credit balance: $0.14 a match for orders of 1–4,999 records, $0.12 for 5,000–9,999, $0.10 for 10,000–100,000 and $0.08 above 100,000, as its pricing FAQ sets the rate for a whole order by its record count. No subscription and no monthly minimum stated. Its pricing page answers "Do I pay for records that don't match?" with "No." and says unmatched records go back to your balance as credits, not cash. New customers get their first deposit matched in credits. Every published tier is below REISkip's $0.15.

When REISkip is the better fit

  • Against Skipmatch, when many records will miss. REISkip bills per match and Skipmatch per record, so on a thin list REISkip can cost less. At 5,000 records, that holds at 999 matches or fewer.
  • When your volume calls for a custom plan, which REISkip offers on request.

On published rates alone, each of the per-match and per-hit alternatives above lists a lower rate than REISkip's $0.15, so for a list you expect to match well, check those first.

FAQ

How much does REISkip cost per match?

As of Sept 2026, REISkip's pricing page (reiskip.com/pricing, checked 2026-09-25) lists $0.15 per match on its Bulk and Volume plans, marked as introductory pricing, with custom plans on request. The unit is the match, so the total follows how many records in your list match rather than how many rows you upload.

What is REISkip's minimum order?

REISkip's pricing page (reiskip.com/pricing) lists a 50-match minimum on its Bulk plan and a 1,001-match minimum on its Volume plan, both at $0.15 per match as of Sept 2026. At that rate, 50 matches come to $7.50. Custom plans are on request.

REISkip or Batch Skip Tracing?

Batch Skip Tracing's old site, batchskiptracing.com, now redirects to BatchData (batchdata.io). As of Sept 2026, BatchData's pricing page (batchdata.io/pricing) lists self-serve skip tracing plans from $2,000 a month for 100,000 records, billed as a monthly plan. REISkip's pricing page (reiskip.com/pricing) lists $0.15 per match with a 50-match minimum and no subscription listed. The units differ: a monthly plan with a record allowance against a price per match. This page makes no claim about either company's data.

Which alternatives bill only on matches?

Of the services on this page, five publish a per-match or per-hit price: REISkip ($0.15 per match [reiskip.com/pricing]), Bulk Skip Trace ($0.14 to $0.08 per credit by volume, charged per match [bulkskiptrace.com/pricing]), SkipMatrix ($0.14 to $0.06 per match, by tier; "You only pay for successful matches" [SkipMatrix help center: how does the pricing work]), DataSkip ($0.04 per hit; its pricing page says "Misses are free" [dataskip.io/pricing]) and Tracerfy ($0.02 per credit pay-as-you-go, 1 credit per hit on a normal trace; it advertises that misses are free [tracerfy.com/pricing]). Skipmatch prices per matched record. Terms as of Sept 2026; check each company's page before you buy.

Does Skipmatch bill per record or per match?

Per record today. Skipmatch charges one price per record: a flat $0.03 a record at any list size from 50 to 100,000 records. The quote is set by the row count, not the match count, and is shown before you pay; the hold placed on your card at checkout is the most the list can cost. There is no subscription and optional prepaid credit. Minimum charge $0.50 when any record matches.
